1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LilBizee platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by LilBizee ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
LilBizee is a platform that enables parents or legal guardians ("Parents") to create and manage online storefronts for their children ("Kids"). Kids can list products they have created, write blog posts, and interact with a simulated commerce experience under the supervision of their Parent.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create a Parent account. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal parent or guardian of any child for whom you create a Kid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Parent Responsibilities
As a Parent using LilBizee, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account and any Kid accounts.
- Supervise your child's use of the platform.
- Review and approve all product listings and content before publication.
- Ensure that all products listed comply with applicable laws and are safe for sale.
- Handle fulfillment, shipping, and customer service for any products sold.
- Report any inappropriate content or behavior to us promptly.
5. Kid Accounts
Kid accounts are created and managed exclusively by Parents. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent. All Kid account data is provided and controlled by the Parent.
Kids access their dashboard through a simplified interface with a PIN code set by the Parent. Kids cannot make purchases, access payment information, or communicate with buyers directly.
6. Content & Products
You retain ownership of all content and product listings created on the platform. By using the Service, you grant LilBizee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products and content comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection regulations and intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
7. Payments
Payments for products sold through the platform are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. LilBizee does not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data. By using the payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Subscription fees for Pro and Family plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
The LilBizee name, logo, website design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of LilBizee. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilBizee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
LilBizee is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by users, nor for the accuracy of any product listings or content.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
